If I could give them 0 stars I would. There's a reason they won't allow for reviews on their facebook page, then people would know they're a scam. They actually have several pages dedicated to telling people what a fraud this company is. I ordered from them and never received my order. I filed for a chargeback through paypal, and they put that they issued the refund...without actually giving me the refund. They claim that they don't understand how to refund it, when I have friends that sell items and they have told/shown me how easy it is to refund the purchase. It's not rocket science. They just don't want to figure it out. Now the fraud department at my bank is involved. Never order from them!

My planner is missing 30 days of prompts and they refuse to fix the problem. The planner hasn’t been used much, and the money paid for item is not fair because the item was not complete. There was a manufacturing mistake that I had not control of, it’s not like I’m returning because I don’t want it anymore. I want it returned because it was not properly made.

I ordered my planner almost a month ago. Still no planner, won't refund, just proved me with a tracking number. When you track it, it states the label has been created. Fraud company stay away

Very frustrated - it took a good month to get my planner and I had to follow up with customer support twice. I was so excited to see my planner finally arrived today, but when I got it I was instantly disappointed and felt like I'd wasted my money. The planner was CHEAP - I was initially going to give them 2 stars because the pattern is cute and I like the idea of separate planners for academics and daily being made, but once I realized it's impossible to leave a review anywhere about this product, I knocked it down to one; I checked Google, their website, Facebook, Insta, there's nowhere to leave a review for people to easily see. More on the cheapness of the planner: it's laminated patterned cardboard, my nails actually left a dent on the cover (I had taken pictures to post with my review but, you guessed it, I can't find anywhere to submit a review with pictures). Pages of this planner looked like someone had handwritten parts of the numbers that may have printed all faded (parts of the numbers were thicker and darker than the print and were wobbly like someone's handwriting). There were also stripes down the page of non-print, so my "Monday" looked like "Mon ay" and "February" looked like "Febr ary". CHEAP and super unreceptive to feedback since there's nowhere to post reviews. Do not recommend ordering.

It took OVER A MONTH to get my order and when I got everything I had no stickers they were crossed off. I also had to keep sending e-mails about my purchase. There is no reason why a customers should reach out to a company for their products. When I got the planner we were in February. I had the end of December and missed the ENTIRE month of January which they should have just took out. They should have refunded a month back to me too. I had a horrible experience with this company and will NEVER EVER purchase again. I kept getting the run around every single time and it made no sense. Never again !

$52 planner for something you can go to walmart for and get the same. I saw her products at Target and it was downright disgusting to see. She cant even fulfill her online orders and brags on social media about 7 figures blah blah, where are my 5 planners i ordered in 2021 from ???????

Never received order!! Order was placed, then given a tracking number but when tracked states a tracking label was created and post office waiting for item. Company then told me it was lost in the mail and my order would be filled and mailed out again. Still do not have and now they are no longer responding to emails, and will not give a refund! Seems like fraud.
